Summer Staff is a special dedicated group of people that are committed to serving at Kingdom Ranch all summer long. Roles and position range widely from worship to nursing and everything in between. Flexibility is a big characteristic of the Summer Staff at Kingdom Ranch. As a team, along with our full time staff, their job is to make sure that camp runs smoothly and is exciting for both the campers and our visiting CIA team members. This is not a position for the faint of heart. Mentorship, leadership, encouragement, empowerment: these are all things that you can expect to experience and become during your time at camp.
