Kingdom Ranch is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit Christian summer camp that serves special needs children and their siblings. Our goal is to enable our campers to experience an inspiring, activity filled, summer camp while building a better relationship with Jesus Christ. We utilize volunteers who desire the opportunity to assist and encourage our campers, especially in creating friendships that will help each other grow spiritually. Kingdom Ranch depends mainly on donations from giving hearts that appreciate our purpose and would like to help construct and carry on our mission.
Each week we will focus on a different disability/disease so the kids can connect with others who struggle through life with the same issues. We strive to have one to one ratios (camper per counselor) to ensure that the needs of all campers are met.
During off-season we will be available as a Christian retreat center for church and school retreats, conferences, company picnics, team building, family reunions, and other special events for a nominal fee.
Purpose:
· Children with disabilities / illness enjoy a Christian summer camp who otherwise might never get a chance to "Just be a kid".
· Siblings are welcomed! We group them with other siblings who have a special needs brother/sister.
· Parents can have a “Kid Free” week.
· Volunteers show their servant's heart by putting their needs aside to help a deserving child.
· Incorporated an Adult Week (special needs 18 and up) so those children of God may too experience His love through camp.
· Provide a Christian based facility for retreats and various events at a nominal fee throughout the off-season.
